Please note: tracking numbers are issued once your order has been processed and sent. We only receive the tracking code when the package has actually shipped, so there is nothing to send before that.
Your code is in the "Your Order Has Now Been Shipped" email, which usually arrives 24 to 48 hours after you buy. Enter it in the box below and press Track.
Cannot find the email?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend the code and chase the courier for you.
Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days to arrive across the UK.
